Our climate is considered 'high desert' with an elevation of 2350 feet above sea level. Daytime and nighttime temperatures are comfortable throughout the year, and we do have four distinct seasons. Winters are mild, though we have had a dusting of snow some years, which doesn't 'stick'. No shoveling required in our communities.
